Meet Diamond Young, the CEO of Diamond Unlimited, a consulting company for small business owners, creators, and aspiring podcasters.

She’s a proud 2x graduate of North Carolina A&T State University where she received both her BS and MBA degrees.​ Diamond was named HBCU Buzz 30 Under 30 class of 2022 and is a proud advocate for supporting Historically Black Colleges and Universities.

Diamond serves as a Digital Marketing Consultant, DEI Advocate, and Podcast Instructor. She found a love for training during her time at Twitter as a Learning & Development Specialist. She provides development training, tools, and digital product resources that help content creators and aspiring podcasters develop their brands confidently. 

Diamond is also the Founder of BLK Directory Inc., which is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a mission to provide development opportunities for underrepresented communities by providing an ecosystem that encourages small black businesses to succeed. 

Diamond is known for her driven work ethic and devotion to seeing others succeed at their greatest capacity. With her natural ambition and magnetic teaching style, Diamond help clients get UNSTUCK and take their brand to new heights.
